At BHB DISTRIBUTORS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the names of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unopened beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to BHB

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
