• Put on gloves for protection before combining the relaxer.
  
• Prepare the relaxer as directed on the package.
  
• Divide the hair into four sections and work your way forward from the back of the head when applying the relaxer.
  
• To properly spread the relaxer, use a wide-tooth comb.
  
• To halt the relaxing action, thoroughly rinse hair with warm water and use a neutralising shampoo.
  
• After giving your hair a warm water rinse, use the provided conditioner.
  
• After using the conditioner for two to five minutes, completely rinse with warm water.
